ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the unprecedented Events of 2020, STEP2IT is Transitioning ALL programs Exclusively into “ONLINE” formats. The DFW Center is now closed for all “Live Center” Courses and services. The DFW office is open only to serve as our Online Classroom studio and for administrative purposes.

The STEP2IT Live Exam Prep options have been permanently discontinued

As a consequence of the US COVID-19 Pandemic, USMLE Step 2 CS testing has been suspended at all CSEC centers. Prior to this decision, there was a lot of discussion regarding the content and delivery system of the exam in regards to the safety of examinees and staff in this new era of social distancing. It was determined that there was an unacceptable level of risk due to the COVID-19 pandemic and that testing could not proceed in its current form. Considering the intent, aims, and mission of the examination, the risks clearly outweighed the benefit.

On January 26, 2021, the USMLE announced that plans to relaunch the USMLE Step 2 CS exam have been discontinued. The STEP2IT USMLE Step 2CS Course has also been discontinued.

On February 11, 2021, the NBOME announced that plans to restart the COMLEX Level 2-PE exam have been postponed indefinitely. This means that the COMLEX Level 2-PE examination has been eliminated.

Our Residency Interview Prep Course, which has always been an online course, carries on unchanged and available as always.

IMPORtANT

We urge all prospective examinees to avoid any other prep program or website that is actively offering any kind of course for the USMLE Step 2 CS or the COMLEX Level 2-PE for obvious reasons.

Any Program willing to charge you a fee for a Discontinued exam equates to unethical conduct.

Other Discontinued Services

The Standardized Video Interview Prep Course (for Emergency Medicine Residency) and Clinical Room Rental services have been permanently discontinued.
