Payments
* All pricing is fixed and non-negotiable. Partial payments are not accepted. Pricing is subject to change at ANY time without prior notice. Pricing is inclusive of all applicable state and local taxes.
* Class fees are required in order to complete registration. Class dates and times cannot be reserved unless the Registration process is completed.
* Course fees are 100% fully refundable up till 72 hours of the first class session. Once a class session has begun, course fees are non-refundable.
* If paying by USD, Zelle is the preferred mode of payment. Payments processed via Zelle qualify to receive an additional 5% Direct Payment Discount. Zelle is an inter-bank transfer service that operates between 100+ financial institutions in the US. You must have a US bank account in order to participate. * Credit card payments are accepted ONLY via PayPal. Any payment method that involves a credit card payment will require 3rd party processing, and so will not qualify for the 5% Direct Payment Discount.
* Direct bank transfer payments can be processed via PayPal, Google Wallet or Venmo. If you opt for any of these payment methods you may also qualify for the 5% Direct Payment Discount. However, your payment must be withdrawn from a “remaining account balance” or linked directly to a US bank account. If you use any payment method that utilizes credit card processing, then the 5% Direct Payment Discount is not eligible.
* In order to pay by personal check, the check must be received at least 7 days in ADVANCE of your class date in order to allow for bank clearance. Personal checks must be from a US bank/institution. Payments via personal check also qualify for a $25 Direct Payment Discount.
* If paying by foreign funds, Xoom is the preferred mode of payment. Payments processed via Xoom qualify to receive an additional 5% Direct Payment Discount. Xoom is an inter-bank transfer service that operates between directly between financial institutions in the US and those abroad. You must have a foreign bank account in order to participate. Wiring funds directly from a foreign bank account is not possible due to US laws and restrictions. * Only the past students of the STEP2IT program are entitled to earn referral bonuses. The bonus will be paid out only AFTER the referred student has fully completed the course.
Scheduling
* 72 hours of notice is REQUIRED for the cancellation or rescheduling of any class. If any class is canceled within 72 hours, a $100 cancellation fee applies. The balance of payment will be refunded.
* Rescheduling class dates/times can be made a maximum of THREE times.
* The STEP2IT program is under no obligation to accept or deny any student. We reserve the right to exercise discretion regarding student selection whenever deemed necessary.
* We are under no obligation to re-register any student who has canceled a class session in the past.
* Students are expected to be punctual and adhere to the class scheduled time/date. “No shows” are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
* In the rare event a class is canceled by STEP2IT (extreme unforeseen circumstances, medical/family emergencies, or natural disasters) all efforts will be made to reschedule and accommodate you for a future date.
General
* STEP2IT scheduling operates on the US Central Standard Time zone.
* Mobile device usage will be restricted during class and limited ONLY to urgent calls and emergencies. Please use these devices only during breaks.
* Photography, video or audio recording, or any form of screen capture during any class session without permission is strictly prohibited.
* STEP2IT reserves the right to cancel any class at any time for any form of unethical or inappropriate conduct WITHOUT being obliged to provide any student a refund.
* The DFW office is no longer open for live classes. The DFW office serves as our Live Online Classroom Studio and for administrative purposes.
Legal
* STEP2IT does NOT offer or imply a 100% guarantee of your own personal performance. This service is offered as a source of education, guidance, motivational support, and assistance. All candidates are 100% responsible for performing on their day.
* All written and video testimonials have been volunteered with the consent of each student. All testimonials are unpaid and unscripted. FJEIU reserves the right to edit or delete any of its content without notice. FJEIU is not responsible for the quality of the content or the disclosure of personal information students themselves have disclosed within the testimonials.
* STEP2IT has NOT and will NEVER obtain confidential information from the CSEC, USMLE, ECFMG, NBME, NRMP, COMLEX-USA, or the NBOME. STEP2IT does NOT advocate, encourage or solicit the discussion or sharing of actual exam center cases, restricted materials, "insider information" or any other form of unethical behavior.
